- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Stir the wet ingredients into the flour mixture until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread softened butter evenly on top.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over the buttered dough.
- Roll up the dough tightly and slice into 12 equal rolls.
- Place rolls in a baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
