Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Celery (Diced)
  • 1 cup Grapes (Halved)
  • 1/2 cup Pecan Halves (Roughly Chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Whipping Cream (Whipped)
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, sugar, and lemon juice, tossing gently.
  2. Add the diced celery, halved grapes, and roughly chopped pecans to the apple mixture.
  3. In another large bowl, whip the cream until it forms peaks, then fold in the mayonnaise carefully.
  4. Combine the apple mixture with the whipped cream mixture, then add salt to taste, adjusting as needed.
  5. Chill the salad for at least 1 hour or overnight before serving.

Notes

For a lighter option, reduce the amount of mayonnaise.
Feel free to use different nuts like walnuts if preferred.
