Description

This homemade Tahini Sauce is rich and creamy, featuring tahini, lemon juice, and garlic. It’s a quick and flavorful addition to salads or wraps, making it perfect for healthy meals or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, water, garlic, and salt.
  2. The tahini will initially thickened up, forming a paste when adding the liquids, but will turn smooth after mixing well.
  3. Adjust the sauce's consistency by adding more water until desired.
  4. For taste improvement, add more lemon juice or salt based on your preference.

Notes

The tahini sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
