- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin

- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups jasmine rice cooked
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil or butter
- Zest of 1 lime
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
- Salt to taste
- Diced avocado
- Chopped tomatoes
- Thinly sliced red onion
- Fresh cilantro

- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons lime juice or Greek yogurt

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper with a whisk. Add the flank steak and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours for deeper flavor.
- Preheat a cast-iron skillet or grill pan over high heat. Sear the marinated steak for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until charred and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Allow the steak to rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
- In a separate bowl, fluff the cooked jasmine rice with olive oil, lime zest, fresh lime juice, chopped cilantro, and salt. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Prepare the creamy yogurt drizzle by mixing its ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
- To serve, layer the jasmine rice in bowls, top with sliced steak, and add diced avocado, chopped tomatoes, sliced red onion, and any other desired toppings. Drizzle with lime juice and the creamy sauce.
