- 1 chili in adobo sauce, seeds removed and minced

Instructions
- Trim excess fat or tendons from chicken breasts and place them in a freezer bag or between sheets of plastic wrap.
- Pound the chicken on the thickest parts using a meat tenderizer, rolling pin, or mason jar until flattened.
- In a small bowl, mix avocado oil, lime juice, garlic, brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, cayenne, and minced chili in adobo sauce until well combined.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring all sides are coated.
- Seal the bag or cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, up to 24 hours.
