Description

This Sheet-Pan Sausage, Cabbage & Potatoes dish is a delightful mix of flavors, featuring juicy sausage, tender potatoes, and fresh cabbage. Perfect for a quick weeknight meal, it’s simple, flavorful, and satisfying for the whole family.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa or smoked sausage
  • 1 pound red potatoes
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 head small green cabbage
  • 23 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian seasonings

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • Line a large rimmed baking sheet with heavy-duty foil; spread the sausage coins, potatoes, bell peppers, and cabbage evenly over the foil.
  • Drizzle the ingredients with olive oil; season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasonings. Toss everything gently to combine and spread out evenly.
  • Bake the sheet pan dinner in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender and the ingredients are golden brown. Serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
