- 1 pound kielbasa or smoked sausage
- 1 pound red potatoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1/2 head small green cabbage
- 2–3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasonings
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Line a large rimmed baking sheet with heavy-duty foil; spread the sausage coins, potatoes, bell peppers, and cabbage evenly over the foil.
- Drizzle the ingredients with olive oil; season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasonings. Toss everything gently to combine and spread out evenly.
- Bake the sheet pan dinner in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender and the ingredients are golden brown. Serve hot.
