Description

Roasted Cherry Tomatoes with Garlic are a tasty side dish bursting with flavor. With just a few ingredients, this dish makes a delightful addition to any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped or minced
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.

  3. Spread the cherry tomatoes in a single layer on an oven-safe cast-iron skillet or a large baking sheet. Bake until the tomatoes are burst and tender, about 20 minutes.
