Description

These Roasted Carrots are a flavorful and simple side dish. Highlighted by sweet carrots and a touch of garlic, they make an ideal addition to any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds carrots (peeled and sliced on a bias into ⅓-inch thick slices)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
