- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 cup whipping cream

- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup fresh berries like blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries
- Optional: cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Cut the tortillas into quarters using a pizza slicer.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted coconut oil and honey until mixed well.
- Brush each side of the tortilla quarters with the coconut oil mixture, then sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
- Arrange three tortilla triangles in a muffin pan to create a cup shape.
- Bake the tortilla cups for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven and allow to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the whipping cream, natural sweetener, and vanilla extract; beat until soft peaks form.
- Fill each tortilla cup with whipped cream using a spoon or piping bag.

- Sprinkle optional cocoa powder on top if desired.
