Description

Satisfy your sweet cravings with Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Bites. This recipe is simple to make and combines creamy yogurt with rich peanut butter and delightful chocolate chips, making it a perfect treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Skyr yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup*
  • 1.5 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup; mix until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Pour the mixture into a lined loaf pan, and sprinkle chocolate chips and flaky salt on top.
  3. Freeze the mixture for a minimum of 3 hours.
  4. After freezing, remove from the freezer and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Notes

You can substitute Skyr yogurt with Greek yogurt if preferred.
Make sure to line the loaf pan for easier removal of the yogurt bites.
For a nuttier flavor, toast the peanut butter slightly before mixing.
