- 2 cups fresh peaches
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Peel, pit, and slice enough peaches to make 2 cups. Transfer them to a food processor.
- Add lemon juice to the peaches and blend until pureed.
- Incorporate sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and salt into the peach puree, blending until well combined. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, use a mixer to beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form (approximately 5 minutes).
- Gently fold the peach puree mixture into the whipped cream until mixed well.
- If desired, peel, pit, and slice additional peaches to layer with the ice cream mixture.
- Layer the ice cream in a large loaf pan: start with ice cream, add peach slices, then more ice cream, repeating as needed.
- Cover and freeze overnight.
