Description

These Marry Me Chicken Sliders are packed with flavor, featuring tender rotisserie chicken, creamy sauce, and melty cheese, making them the perfect quick dinner option. Ideal for gatherings or a cozy night in, this dish is sure to impress!


Ingredients

  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, soaked in hot water, drained, & chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 package king’s hawaiian sweet rolls
  • ½ cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a 7×11-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic powder, kosher salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, parmesan cheese, and shredded rotisserie chicken.
  4. Mix thoroughly until combined and the chicken is well-coated.
  5. Cut the king’s hawaiian sweet rolls in half and place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish.
  6. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
  7. Top with fresh baby spinach and shredded monterey jack cheese.
  8. Cover with the top half of the rolls and brush with melted unsalted butter mixed with minced garlic.
  9. Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.

Notes

Feel free to use leftover chicken for a quicker prep time.
These sliders are great for parties and can be made ahead of time.
Serve with a side salad or chips for a complete meal.
