Instructions
- Wash the potatoes and place them in a large crock pot with the skin on.
- Add the whole garlic cloves and chicken broth into the pot.

- Incorporate sour cream, butter, salt, pepper, and oregano, mashing with a potato masher as you mix.
- Stir in milk gradually until the mashed potatoes reach your preferred consistency. Adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper to taste.
