- 6 slices of bread (ciabatta or artisanal bread)
Instructions
- In a salad bowl, mash half of the cooked lentils with a spoon or fork.
- Mix in the crumbled feta, chopped parsley, chopped onion, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and arrange the bread slices on a baking tray.
- Toast the bread in the oven for about 5 minutes until golden and slightly crispy, watching closely to prevent burning.
- Optional: Rub each toasted slice with a garlic clove before topping with lentil dip.
