- 1 cup of rice
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 cups of water
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Ice (for iced version)
Instructions
- Soak rice in water overnight.
- In a blender, combine soaked rice, cinnamon stick, and water; blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher.
- Stir in milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Serve hot or over ice for the iced version.
Notes
You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar to taste.
