- 2 tbsp whole grain dijon mustard

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with aluminum foil.
- Melt butter in a small sauté pan over medium heat; add garlic and soften without browning for 30-60 seconds.
- Stir in honey, Dijon mustard, and a pinch of salt and pepper; simmer for 1-2 minutes until the glaze thickens slightly.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; transfer them to the hot baking pan.
- Pour the honey Dijon glaze evenly over the chicken breasts and bake for 15 minutes.
- Baste the chicken with collected glaze, then return it to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, checking for an internal temperature of 170°F.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
