These High Protein Cheesecake Jars are a delicious treat packed with flavor and nutrition. Using creamy cottage cheese, tangy yogurt, and a touch of maple syrup, this easy-to-prepare dessert satisfies your sweet tooth while boosting your protein intake. Perfect for a healthy dessert or snack!


Ingredients

  • 2 graham cracker sheets, crushed
  • 1 cup 2% cottage cheese
  • ½ cup plain skyr yogurt, or full-fat greek
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • Fresh fruit
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Nut Butter

Instructions

  1. Blend cottage cheese, yogurt, maple syrup, protein powder, and vanilla bean paste in a high-speed blender until smooth; set aside.
  2. Layer crushed graham crackers at the bottom of two jars and divide the cheesecake filling evenly.
  3. Refrigerate the jars for at least 30 minutes to set.
  4. Serve plain or top with your favorite cheesecake toppings.

Notes

Feel free to mix in different flavors of yogurt for variety.
