- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 brioche buns or ciabatta rolls
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- Lettuce leaves or arugula
- 8 slices crispy bacon
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- Dill pickles
- Hot honey for drizzling
Instructions
- Make the garlic aioli by mixing all its ingredients in a bowl. Cover and set aside.
- Dry the chicken with paper towels and preheat the grill to medium-high. Rub the chicken with high-heat oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and optional pepper.
- Grill the chicken for 4-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature is 165°F (74°C). Let it rest before assembling the sandwich.
- Slice the brioche buns and lightly toast them on the grill while the chicken rests.
- Spread garlic aioli on the bottom half of each toasted bun and add a grilled chicken breast on top.
- Layer avocado slices, tomato slices, lettuce leaves, and crispy bacon on each sandwich. Add dill pickle slices if desired.
- Drizzle hot honey over the top to taste, adjusting for spice preference.
- Place the top bun on each sandwich and serve warm for the best flavor.
Notes
