Description

This Green Goddess Dressing is packed with fresh herbs and creamy goodness. It’s easy to prepare, making it ideal for salads, sandwiches, or as a healthy dip. Enjoy the balanced flavors of cilantro, parsley, basil, and tarragon in this delightful dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh tarragon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 small pinch cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor bowl.
  2. Process on high until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as necessary.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, adding more salt and pepper if desired.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for at least an hour before serving for better flavor.

Notes

This dressing can be stored in the fridge for a few days.
Great for drizzling over salads or as a dip for veggies.
