Description

This Frozen Berry Margarita boasts an irresistible flavor profile with mixed berries, tequila, and a hint of lime. It’s a stunning and refreshing drink perfect for outdoor gatherings or a cozy night in, requiring minimal prep and showcasing vibrant colors. Delight your guests with this easy-to-make cocktail!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ½ cups frozen mixed berries
  • 4 oz silver tequila or white tequila
  • 4 oz triple sec
  • juice of ½ lime plus more for rimming the glass
  • ¼ maple syrup
  • ½ cup crushed ice
  • sugar for the rim
  • ¼ cup club soda
  • lime wheels and mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and dip it into sugar; set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine the frozen berries, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture; if you want it sweeter, add more maple syrup or sugar. If it's too thick, add a splash of club soda to adjust the consistency.
  4. Pour the blended margarita into the rimmed glass, top with a splash of club soda if desired, and garnish with lime wheels and mint leaves.

Notes

For a sugar-free option, use a sugar alternative for rimming the glass.
Feel free to adjust the sweetness and thickness according to your taste preferences.
