Description

Eyeball Jello Shots are a fun and fruity treat made with strawberry gelatin and vodka. Perfect for parties, these easy-to-make jello shots are topped with gummy eyeballs, making them irresistible!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 ounces Strawberry Jell-O gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • ½ cup vodka
  • 12 gummy eyeball candies

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl with a pour spout, combine the strawberry gelatin and boiling water, whisking until completely dissolved.
  2. Add the cold water and vodka to the mixture and whisk well.
  3. Arrange 12 (2-ounce) jello shot cups on a rimmed tray to prevent spills.
  4. Carefully pour the strawberry jello mixture into each jello shot cup, filling to just below the rim.
  5. Refrigerate the tray for 1 to 1.5 hours until the jello is partially set.
  6. Place a gummy eyeball candy on top of each partially set jello shot.
  7. Return the tray to the refrigerator and let set for an additional 1.5 hours to overnight until firm.

Notes

Make sure to let the jello shots set for at least 3 hours for best results.
These jello shots can be made ahead of time and kept in the refrigerator until serving.
Feel free to use different gelatin flavors for a unique twist!
