Experience the delightful taste of homemade blueberry popsicles featuring frozen blueberries, creamy yogurt, and ripe banana. This easy recipe combines healthy ingredients to create a refreshing treat perfect for warm days or as a wholesome dessert. Enjoy the simple prep and satisfying flavor you can share with family and friends.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/4 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 large ripe banana, peeled

Instructions

  1. Combine the frozen blueberries, banana, and yogurt in a blender. Blend until smooth, adding a small amount of liquid to help blend if necessary.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
  3. Cover the molds with foil or any lid that comes with them. Insert the sticks into each popsicle.
  4. Transfer the molds to the freezer. Let them freeze for at least 3 hours until solid.
  5. To serve, dip the molds in warm water briefly to loosen, then gently pull the stick to release the popsicles.

Notes

Fresh blueberries can be used instead of frozen ones.
Feel free to experiment with different fruits or yogurt flavors for variety.
