Instructions
- Combine the frozen blueberries, banana, and yogurt in a blender. Blend until smooth, adding a small amount of liquid to help blend if necessary.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
- Cover the molds with foil or any lid that comes with them. Insert the sticks into each popsicle.
- Transfer the molds to the freezer. Let them freeze for at least 3 hours until solid.
- To serve, dip the molds in warm water briefly to loosen, then gently pull the stick to release the popsicles.
