- 1 lemon, quartered
- 5 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup melted butter, divided
- 3 teaspoons parsley, freshly chopped, divided
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, toss the prawns with 1 tablespoon of Old Bay seasoning and let them marinate for 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine corn, baby potatoes, sausage, lemon, and garlic. Add the marinated prawns, 2 tablespoons melted butter, 1 teaspoon parsley, and the remaining Old Bay seasoning. Mix well and let it sit for 10 minutes to meld flavors.
