- 1 cup of boiling water
- 3.5 ounces of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup cold water
- whipped topping
- pastel nonpareils
- Cadbury mini egg
Instructions
- Line up containers on a baking sheet or other flat, moveable surface.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the green jello with 1 cup boiling water and stir until dissolved.
- Add 3.5 ounces of sweetened condensed milk to the bowl, stirring until fully incorporated.
- Mix in 1 cup of cold water and stir to combine well.
- Pour 1 ounce of the green jello mixture into each container and chill for 1 hour or until set.
- Repeat the process with the yellow jello, then the pink jello, and finally the blue jello, ensuring to let the mixtures cool before layering if necessary.
- Once the final layer has set, top with a dollop of whipped topping, a sprinkle of pastel nonpareils, and a Cadbury mini egg.
Notes
Make sure each jello layer is completely set before adding the next one to prevent mixing of colors.
This dessert can be made a day in advance for an easier preparation on the day of serving.
Consider using different flavored jello for a unique twist.
