Description

These Easter Jell-O Cups feature layers of bright jello and creamy sweetened condensed milk, creating a fun dessert perfect for spring celebrations. They’re easy to prepare and a hit with kids and adults alike!

Ingredients

Scale
  • green jello
  • yellow jello
  • pink jello
  • blue jello
  • 1 cup of boiling water
  • 3.5 ounces of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup cold water
  • whipped topping
  • pastel nonpareils
  • Cadbury mini egg

Instructions

  1. Line up containers on a baking sheet or other flat, moveable surface.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the green jello with 1 cup boiling water and stir until dissolved.
  3. Add 3.5 ounces of sweetened condensed milk to the bowl, stirring until fully incorporated.
  4. Mix in 1 cup of cold water and stir to combine well.
  5. Pour 1 ounce of the green jello mixture into each container and chill for 1 hour or until set.
  6. Repeat the process with the yellow jello, then the pink jello, and finally the blue jello, ensuring to let the mixtures cool before layering if necessary.
  7. Once the final layer has set, top with a dollop of whipped topping, a sprinkle of pastel nonpareils, and a Cadbury mini egg.

Notes

Make sure each jello layer is completely set before adding the next one to prevent mixing of colors.
This dessert can be made a day in advance for an easier preparation on the day of serving.
Consider using different flavored jello for a unique twist.
