Description

This Cucumber Avocado Salad is packed with flavor and takes just 10 minutes to prepare. Made with creamy avocados, crunchy cucumbers, and fresh cilantro, it’s a perfect healthy meal or quick side dish for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced Persian cucumbers
  • 3 avocados, diced
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced and soaked in water for 10 minutes
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
