Description

Enjoy the irresistible flavor of this Crock Pot BBQ Chicken. It’s easy to make with just a few key ingredients and perfect for a quick dinner or comforting meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, or chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup bbq sauce

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning on both sides of the chicken. Pour BBQ sauce over the chicken, making sure to cover it well.
  3. Cover the crockpot and cook on high for 2.5-3 hours or low for 3.5-4 hours. Cooking time may vary based on your slow cooker and chicken thickness.
  4. After cooking, shred the chicken using forks and mix it back into the BBQ sauce before serving warm.

Notes

Feel free to substitute chicken thighs for boneless skinless chicken breasts based on your preference.
For added flavor, consider adding sliced onions or bell peppers to the recipe.
