- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and vertically slice the cabbage in half. Cut 1-inch thick steaks from one half, ensuring they stay together through the stem.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, 1/3 cup Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Brush both sides of the cabbage steaks generously with the oil mixture.
- On the baking sheet, create cheese piles using the remaining Parmesan, one for each steak.
- Place each cabbage steak atop its cheese pile on the baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese becomes golden and crisp.
