Description

Cottage Cheese Naan Bread is a delicious and simple way to enjoy homemade bread. Made with cottage cheese and flour, it’s perfect for a quick dinner or healthy meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup self-rising flour or 1 cup all-purpose flour & 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, flour, and salt until a soft dough is formed.
  2. On a floured surface, knead the dough gently for about a minute until smooth.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
  4. Roll each part into a thin round shape.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook each naan for 2–3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.

Notes

Self-rising flour can be substituted with all-purpose flour and baking powder if needed.
Ensure that the skillet is hot before adding the naan for best results.
