Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, flour, and salt until a soft dough is formed.
- On a floured surface, knead the dough gently for about a minute until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
- Roll each part into a thin round shape.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each naan for 2–3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
Self-rising flour can be substituted with all-purpose flour and baking powder if needed.
Ensure that the skillet is hot before adding the naan for best results.
