- ¾ cup shredded red cabbage

- 2 tbsp greek yogurt

- 1 ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
- ¾ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt

Instructions
- Combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrot, and green onion in a large mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Notes
For a tangier flavor, adjust the acidity by adding more vinegar or lemon juice.
