- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- ¾ teaspoon dried dill weed
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley

- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon white sugar
- 1–2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- ¼–½ cup milk (adjust for desired thickness)
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, chipotle peppers, dill, parsley, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and sugar in a food processor.
- Blend the mixture until smooth.
- Adjust the thickness by adding milk and lime juice; blend again if necessary.
- Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
- Transfer to a jar and refrigerate until serving; the dressing lasts up to a week.
Notes
Feel free to add extra chipotle peppers for more heat.
The dressing can be thinned or thickened by adjusting milk as needed.
