Description

These Cheeseburger Sliders offer a mouthwatering flavor with minimal prep. Featuring savory ground beef, melty cheese, and soft Hawaiian rolls, they’re perfect for gatherings or family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 large yellow onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 12 hawaiian rolls
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess grease and return the beef to the pan.
  2. Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and diced onion. Cook until the onion is softened.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place the bottom layer in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Evenly spread the beef mixture over the bottom layer of rolls.
  5. Add slices of cheddar cheese on top of the beef mixture.
  6. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the inside of the top halves of the rolls.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until the cheese has melted and the tops are lightly toasted.
  8. Combine the melted butter with everything bagel seasoning and brush it over the warm tops of the rolls.

Notes

Feel free to customize toppings with mustard or ketchup for extra flavor.
These sliders can be assembled ahead and baked just before serving for convenience.
Use leftover beef from a previous meal for quicker prep.
