Description
These Caramel Rice Krispie Treats combine the rich flavor of caramel and marshmallows with crunchy Rice Krispies. Perfect for a quick dessert or snack!

- 1 (11 oz) bag Kraft Caramels, Unwrapped
- 1 cup Butter
- 7 1/2 cups Mini Marshmallows
- 7 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
Instructions
- Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick spray and set it aside.
- Unwrap the caramels and set 10 aside.
- Melt the remaining caramels in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat, then remove from heat once melted.
- Stir in the melted caramel and 5 1/2 cups mini marshmallows until almost combined.
- Mix in the Rice Krispies and fold in the remaining 2 cups of mini marshmallows once combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Melt the remaining 10 caramels in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted caramels over the top of the treats.
- Let cool and cut into squares.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
For added flavor, sprinkle a little sea salt on top before it cools.
You can substitute with chocolate chips for a different flavor.
