- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate
- ½ cup salted butter
- 2 large eggs
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
- Grease a mini muffin tin lightly, using silicone for easy removal if possible.
- Melt the chocolate and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl or on low heat, stirring until smooth. Set aside.
- In a standing mixer, beat the eggs for 1 minute or until pale and thick.
- Add the sugar and continue to beat for another minute until dissolved.
- Mix in the melted chocolate and butter along with the vanilla until the batter is smooth.
- Add in the flour, cocoa powder, and sea salt, mixing until all ingredients are well combined.
- Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each well to the top with about 1.5 tablespoons of batter.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the tops are shiny and set with a puffed appearance.
- Cool the brownie bites in the pan on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
These brownie bites can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
For a fun twist, add nuts or chocolate chips into the batter before baking.
Allow the brownie bites to cool completely before attempting to remove them for best results.
