Ingredients
Scale
- 2 sheets phyllo dough, slightly thawed
- 8 ounces Brie cheese, cut into 1" bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 5 sprigs rosemary
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Spray a mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
- On a lightly floured surface, unfold the semi-thawed phyllo dough sheets. Roll out the phyllo dough gently to soften creases and cut into 9 squares per sheet using a pizza cutter.
- Place each phyllo square in the greased mini muffin tins. Add a piece of Brie and about 1 tablespoon of cranberry sauce to each square. Top with chopped pecans, then place the muffin pan onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes in the preheated oven until the pastry is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and, while still warm, take out the Brie Bites from the muffin tins. Garnish with a small sprig of rosemary if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
Ensure that you keep the phyllo dough slightly thawed for easy handling.
Feel free to experiment with different toppings such as walnuts or different types of cheese.
Serve warm for the best flavor experience.
