- 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 10 oz can rotel with chiles, drained
- substitutes: Greek yogurt or blended cottage cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine sour cream, taco seasoning, and ranch seasoning. Mix well.
- Stir in the shredded cheese and drained Rotel, adding a pinch of salt.
- For best flavor, chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving with chips or veggies.
Notes
