- 1/2 cup bbq sauce
- 1/4 cup italian dressing
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, apple cider vinegar, and pressed garlic to create the marinade.
- Using a fork, poke holes all over the chicken breasts. Place them in a dish or zip-top bag and pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure it is covered completely.
- Refrigerate the chicken for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours for the flavors to soak in.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat and brush it with oil to prevent sticking.
- Grill the chicken for 4-6 minutes on each side, cooking until it reaches an internal temperature of 165˚F.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, marinate the chicken for longer, up to 4 hours.
