Description

Enjoy a delightful Banana Split Fluff Salad, blending sweet cherries, bananas, and creamy ingredients into a satisfying and quick dessert. Perfect for parties and gatherings!


Ingredients

  • 4 cups cool whip
  • 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
  • 1 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups mini-marshmallows
  • 1 3/4 cup pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 bananas, peeled & sliced
  • 1 cup peanuts, chopped
  • 3/4 cup maraschino cherries, drained
  • 1/4 cup mini-chocolate chips
  • 12 tbsp chocolate syrup, optional

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cool whip, cherry pie filling, sweetened condensed milk, and sour cream.
  2. Just before serving, gently stir in the mini-marshmallows, drained pineapple chunks, sliced bananas, chopped peanuts, drained maraschino cherries, and mini-chocolate chips.
  3. If desired, drizzle the chocolate syrup on top before serving.

Notes

Serve immediately after mixing for the best texture.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to two days, but the bananas may brown.
Feel free to add additional toppings like whipped cream or nuts.
