Description

These Baileys Chocolate Truffles are a delightful no-bake treat that combines the flavor of Baileys Irish Cream with crushed biscuits and cocoa powder, resulting in irresistible little bites. Perfect for gatherings or a sweet indulgence at home, they come together easily and can be coated in coconut or chocolate sprinkles for added flair.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 400 g biscuits nice / biscoff / graham crackers / tennis
  • 1 can (13oz / 375g) condensed milk
  • ⅓ cup (50g) cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons baileys original cream liqueur
  • ½ cup coconut for coating the truffles
  • ½ cup chocolate sprinkles for coating the truffles

Instructions

  • Crush the biscuits in a large ziploc bag using a rolling pin or pulse them in a food processor until they become crumbs.
  • Transfer the crushed biscuits to a mixing bowl.
  • Incorporate the condensed milk, cocoa powder, and Baileys into the biscuit crumbs; mix until fully combined using your hands.
  • Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • After chilling, form the mixture into balls the size of glass marbles.
  • Roll each ball in either coconut or chocolate sprinkles, then place them into paper cases.
  • Refrigerate the truffles, covered, until you're ready to serve.

Notes

Ensure the biscuits are finely crushed for the best texture.
For a fun variation, consider adding different toppings like chopped nuts or colored sprinkles.
