- 400 g biscuits nice / biscoff / graham crackers / tennis
- 1 can (13oz / 375g) condensed milk
- ⅓ cup (50g) cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons baileys original cream liqueur
- ½ cup coconut for coating the truffles
- ½ cup chocolate sprinkles for coating the truffles
Instructions
- Crush the biscuits in a large ziploc bag using a rolling pin or pulse them in a food processor until they become crumbs.
- Transfer the crushed biscuits to a mixing bowl.
- Incorporate the condensed milk, cocoa powder, and Baileys into the biscuit crumbs; mix until fully combined using your hands.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- After chilling, form the mixture into balls the size of glass marbles.
- Roll each ball in either coconut or chocolate sprinkles, then place them into paper cases.
- Refrigerate the truffles, covered, until you're ready to serve.
