- 3/4 teaspoon salt

- 1 pound salmon, (4) 4-ounce filets
- 2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped; for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together.
- Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel, then brush about 1/2 teaspoon of mustard onto each salmon filet. Sprinkle each filet with 1/4 of the spice mixture and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Place the salmon in the preheated air fryer, ensuring each filet has about an inch of space around it. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 135 degrees F.
- Remove the filets from the air fryer, cover with aluminum foil, and serve with chopped parsley.
