Description

This Air Fryer Grilled Cheese offers an amazing blend of flavors with melted cheese between buttery toasted bread. Ideal for a quick meal or comforting snack, it’s simple to make and irresistible!


Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread (white, sourdough, or whole wheat)
  • 1 tablespoon softened butter or mayo
  • 23 slices cheese (sharp cheddar, American, provolone, Swiss, gouda, or a combo)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 370°F for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Spread butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread. Place one slice butter-side down, layer cheese on top, and top with the second slice butter-side up. Press gently and insert a toothpick to secure it.
  3. Place the sandwich in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 370°F for 4–5 minutes, flip the sandwich, and cook for another 3–4 minutes until both sides are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  4. Remove the sandwich, take out the toothpick, slice it, serve, and enjoy!
