This Zucchini Lasagna Bolognese combines the hearty flavors of ground beef with creamy ricotta and melty mozzarella. Perfect for a quick and healthy dinner!

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a pan over medium heat, brown the ground beef with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce in a baking dish.
- Layer the zucchini slices over the sauce.
- Add half of the cooked ground beef over the zucchini.
- Dollop ricotta cheese evenly on top of the beef.
- Repeat the layers and finish with a layer of zucchini on top.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the final layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding chopped vegetables between the layers.
This dish can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
