Description

This White Chocolate Raspberry Mousse is a creamy, decadent dessert featuring a blend of rich white chocolate, fresh raspberries, and Greek yogurt. Perfect for any occasion, it’s easy to prepare and sure to impress your guests!


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) whipping cream or heavy cream
  • 4 ounces (112 grams) full-fat cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup (56 grams) white chocolate, chopped and melted
  • 1/2 cup (120 grams) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (60 grams) fresh or frozen raspberries, mashed with a fork
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish, optional

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, beat the cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form, being cautious not to over mix.
  • In a separate medium bowl, mix the cream cheese and melted white chocolate using the same beaters. Then add the Greek yogurt and mix until combined. Stir in the mashed raspberries.
  • Gently fold in all but a tablespoon of the whipped cream. Keep the mousse light and airy.
  • Spoon the mousse mixture into two serving glasses. Chill until serving, up to eight hours if desired. The mousse will become softer after chilling.
  • Top with the reserved whipped cream and garnish with fresh raspberries if desired.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use high-quality white chocolate.
Feel free to adjust the amount of raspberries based on your taste preference.
