Description

These Simple Fruit & Yogurt Parfaits with Granola are a delightful blend of creamy Greek yogurt, fresh fruits, and crunchy granola. Perfect for a quick breakfast or healthy dessert, each layer bursts with flavor, making it an irresistible choice for food lovers seeking homemade goodness.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional – more as a drizzle
  • ¾ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup berries, or any other fruit cut into small 1-inch chunks
  • ¼ cup homemade granola, or store bought granola

Instructions

  • If you're using a sweetener, combine it with Greek yogurt in a small bowl until it’s well mixed.
  • To assemble the parfait, place half of the yogurt at the bottom of a mason jar or bowl. Add half of the fruit and then half of the granola. Repeat with the remaining yogurt, followed by the remaining fruit and granola.
  • Finish off with an optional drizzle of honey, and serve immediately.

Notes

Feel free to customize with other fruits like bananas or peaches.
You can use any type of yogurt you prefer, like coconut or almond yogurt for a dairy-free option.
These parfaits can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the fridge for easy breakfasts.
