- ¼ cup berries, or any other fruit cut into small 1-inch chunks
- ¼ cup homemade granola, or store bought granola
Instructions
- If you're using a sweetener, combine it with Greek yogurt in a small bowl until it’s well mixed.
- To assemble the parfait, place half of the yogurt at the bottom of a mason jar or bowl. Add half of the fruit and then half of the granola. Repeat with the remaining yogurt, followed by the remaining fruit and granola.
- Finish off with an optional drizzle of honey, and serve immediately.
