Description

These Pizza Roll-Ups are a tasty treat featuring pepperoni, ham, and gooey mozzarella, wrapped in a perfect pizza dough. Ideal for a quick dinner, they are easy to prepare and sure to please the whole family!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 ounces refrigerated pizza dough
  • ¾ cup marinara sauce
  • 12 slices pepperoni
  • 6 slices deli ham, roughly cut into squares
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • dipping sauce of your choice
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, approximately 12×10 inches and about ¼ inch thick.
  • Spread the marinara sauce on the dough, leaving a ½ inch edge around the perimeter. Layer the pepperoni, ham, and mozzarella evenly over the sauce.
  • Tightly roll the dough starting from the longer side, pinching the seams to seal. Slice into 12 equal pieces and arrange on the prepared sheet pan.
  • For the garlic butter, mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Brush the tops and edges of the rolls with some of the garlic butter mixture, reserving some for later.
  • Bake for approximately 15 minutes until golden brown and puffed up. Brush with the remaining garlic butter after removing from the oven. Serve warm with dipping sauce.

Notes

Use a serrated knife for smoother cuts when slicing the rolls.
Don’t roll the dough too thin; it helps to maintain the shape while baking.
Customize your toppings by adding your favorite ingredients!
