Ingredients
Scale
- 14 ounces refrigerated pizza dough
- ¾ cup marinara sauce
- 12 slices pepperoni
- 6 slices deli ham, roughly cut into squares
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- dipping sauce of your choice
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- ½ teaspoon italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, approximately 12×10 inches and about ¼ inch thick.
- Spread the marinara sauce on the dough, leaving a ½ inch edge around the perimeter. Layer the pepperoni, ham, and mozzarella evenly over the sauce.
- Tightly roll the dough starting from the longer side, pinching the seams to seal. Slice into 12 equal pieces and arrange on the prepared sheet pan.
- For the garlic butter, mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Brush the tops and edges of the rolls with some of the garlic butter mixture, reserving some for later.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes until golden brown and puffed up. Brush with the remaining garlic butter after removing from the oven. Serve warm with dipping sauce.
Notes
Use a serrated knife for smoother cuts when slicing the rolls.
Don’t roll the dough too thin; it helps to maintain the shape while baking.
