- 1/4–1/2 cup light cream
- freshly ground pepper
Instructions

- Add the cabbage wedges, cover the skillet, and sauté until they start to brown or char, about 4-5 minutes.
- Carefully flip the cabbage to brown the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the cream and heat, stirring gently, until it thickens slightly, about 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
