- 1.5 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika or kashmiri chili powder
- salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon oil (vegetable or avocado)
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into 1.5-inch pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and spices to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken, ensuring it is thoroughly coated, and marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Place the chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 to 14 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through the cooking process.
- Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving with chutney or rice.
