Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9 x 5 bread pan with non-stick spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix 2 cups of whole wheat flour, 1 tsp baking soda, and 1/4 tsp salt.
- In a separate small bowl, blend 1 cup of sugar-free applesauce with 1 tsp baking powder. Incorporate 3/4 cup of honey and 3 mashed bananas into the mixture.
- Combine the banana mixture with the dry ingredients until just blended.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
