Hi, I’m Peter! I’m the creator, recipe developer, and chief dishwasher behind 5mindish. By day, I navigated the chaotic corporate world where lunch breaks were a myth. By night, I refused to settle for frozen dinners.

My journey began out of necessity. I loved food, but I had zero time. I started experimenting with “micro-cooking”—finding ways to strip recipes down to their essentials without losing soul. What started as a survival strategy turned into a passion I couldn’t help but share.
